It has a dreamy fluffy, white feather finish, with the addition of thistles, hand died peacock feathers, seeds and plumage. Every piece varies slightly. It's such a winner! Can be worn on a hat, or alone as a headdress. Please note the beak in high winds can be dangerous!! For safety wear on a hat!
